We spent a couple days at Hidden Valley RV Resort in Tijeras, NM. The one staff member we interacted with while we were checking in was great. Check in went quickly and smoothly which is nice when you have been on the road for five hours.
The park is nice, it looked like it needed a bit of landscaping but that could be because it’s the beginning of the season. Our space was long but not very wide. When we stepped out our front door you could almost reach out and tough the neighbors slide out. The spaces were clean and they did have a few wider spaces in the park.
They had a very nice dog park that Abby loved playing in, it was big enough we could throw her ball for her and there was no evidence of the other pets that had played there. They have a very nice clubhouse with a nice pool area (the pool was not open yet). The clubhouse has a nice kitchen and TV area. There is a soda and snack vending machine in the clubhouse. They also had a nice walking trail around the park and a area to play basket ball.
The laundry and bathrooms were very clean and in good condition. We did not use either of them but I did go in and look at them.
This is a nice park and it’s a Passport America park so the price was right. I would stay here again but maybe ask for a wider site.
